• Project Prioritization: Regularly review and adjust project priorities in response to business needs, resource availability, and organizational constraints.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Use ServiceNow PPM to monitor project progress, generate reports, and track KPIs related to portfolio health.
• Risk Management: Identify and address risks within the portfolio, using data from ServiceNow to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project managers, department leads, and other stakeholders to align resources, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication.
