Job Title: AWS Solutions Design Architect – Cloud Migration and Infrastructure
Location: Coslada, Madrid (First month 100% on-site, then Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 remote)
Description:
Cloud Solutions Architect responsible for the design and migration of services to AWS as part of an enterprise
architecture team. Ensured adherence to best practices, cost efficiency, and performance optimization in the design
and implementation of AWS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design cloud architecture solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and
CloudFormation
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform
• Lead migration strategies for transitioning existing applications to AWS cloud
• Provide technical guidance and architectural expertise to both internal teams and client stakeholders
• Collaborate on cloud cost optimization and performance improvements
• Ensure secure, scalable, and efficient architecture aligned with business requirements
• Support scripting and automation in both Windows and Linux environments
Technologies and Tools:
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation)
• IaC: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation
• Tools: AWS CLI, APIs, scripting (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
Certifications:
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Preferred)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in AWS architectural design and service migration
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure automation and orchestration tools
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid team environment
