Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Work Format: 100% remote, with occasional onsite presence in Madrid

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on
experience with the platform. The ideal candidate will be focused on developing customized, non-Out-of-
the-Box solutions within SFMC and have strong programming capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Utilize Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and SFMC APIs to build and integrate advanced features
Work with SFMC Feedback Views to analyze performance and engagement metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CRM strategies
Ensure high-quality coding practices and maintain documentation
Contribute to continuous integration processes and DevOps automation where applicable
Desirable Skills:
Experience creating Custom Activities in Journey Builder
Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, and Angular
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
Understanding of CI/CD practices within the Salesforce ecosystem
Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
Background as a Programmer Analyst or similar technical role
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
