Senior IT Business Analyst – SCIB Malaga

As a Senior IT Business Analyst, your mission will be to raise the user´s needs and problems in their daily basis and how we can help them to solve them.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
– Lead requirement gathering sessions.
– Link between stakeholders and development team.
– Define end-to-end workflow specifications.
– Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
– Foresee customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.
– Supporting the product owner with decision making.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish change:
– Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members.
– Finance products´ supply chain.
– Update products´ functional documentation and explain new concepts to non-technical users.
Definition of test plans and their execution to ensure that the software meets the user´s functional needs. Supporting service incidents:
– Support BAU team in production incidents and functional doubts.
Active participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques:
– Analysing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and drawing processes.
– Continuous improvement (dailies, planning, reviews, retrospectives, etc.).
EXPERIENCE:
– Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
– +7 years of experience in banking projects related to financial solutions. ESG and Guarantees products would be a plus.
EDUCATION:
– Certificate of Higher Education/University Degree/Master.
SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
– Deep domain expertise (lending, payments, compliance).
– Advanced knowledge of system integrations.
– Agile leadership.
– Good communications skills.
– Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
– Good change management.
– User level knowledge in JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Excel, etc.
– Highly fluent in English: both written and spoken.
– Spanish would be a plus.
– Technical background would be a plus.
OTHER INFORMATION:
– Availability for very punctual trips.
