Hays is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a SAP Support, to join the team.
Which are the functions?
– SAP Support toTesting PHASE
– Testing UATs Test Cases
– Support and maintenance Sap Devices: RFID Guns,Printers, etc.
– Local Coordination enviroment deployments
– Incident Management: Receive and log requests and issues reported by users through various channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
– Knowledge Maintenance: Update and maintain the knowledge base with common solutions and procedures to improve support efficiency.
– Devices Config: Sap Printing, SAP GUI, etc
– Support SAP Application Global Functions (Access, Roles, etc¡)
Which are the requirenments?
English is the program language (oral and written), Spanish is a plus. Experience in SAP Support toTesting PHASE Testing UATs Test Cases Support and maintenance Sap Devices: RFID Guns,Printers, etc.
