• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Time Off, Onboarding, Compensation, Document Management (Opentext), and Service Management.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with HR and Technology to prioritize enhancements, execute configurations, and validate integrations.
• Oversee functional testing and ensure system quality and stability.
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (incident, change, release management).
• Maintain system documentation, training materials, and contribute to governance and solution design discussions.
• Lead the global evolution of SAP SuccessFactors – Barcelona.
• Contribute to a high-impact digital transformation.
Essential:
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, integrations, testing).
• Background as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., JIRA, ManageEngine).
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Desirable:
• SAP SuccessFactors or ITIL certification.
• Understanding of financial or payroll processes.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
