* Utilize Xray for test management and ensure seamless integration with Jira.
* Define test automation frameworks, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to SAP QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving improvements based on data-driven insights.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams, extensive experience in SAP projects, and expertise in test automation tools.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing QA teams, with a track record of successful SAP implementation projects.
* Strong knowledge of Xray and test automation tools.
* Exposure to SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM is a plus
* Experience with Tricentis Tosca is highly valued.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
