We are looking for three Junior Innovation Consultants to join our team of engineers, PhDs, and investment managers in Madrid. The candidate will examine the innovative RandD projects of startups and research institutions and prepare grant proposals (Horizon Europe, EIC, etc.) for our firm’s portfolio of innovation and deep-tech initiatives.
This position entails intense time management and the creation of grant proposals.

Desired Background
Master’s in Management
Science/Engineer background and/or Finance background
0 to 2 years of work experience
Fluent in English (C1+), writing and speaking
American citizens are desired
