They are seeking a Junior Data Engineer that will design, develop and maintain database architecture and code initiatives supporting internal and third-party software solutions, delivering excellent products in scope and on time, and meeting current and long-term business needs for the business area. Participate in an agile team of motivated, driven, high-energy engineers, building trust and confidence with team members and business stakeholders.
Tareas
– Collaborate with product teams to deliver effective, high-performance solutions in a timely manner
– Design scalable data architectures and develop automated data pipelines to streamline processes
– Perform queries and SQL statements to explore source data and data problems.
– Monitor and tune database performance
– Support system enhancements, new product launches, and implementation efforts
Requisitos
– Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent experience
– Between 1 and 2 years of database developer/engineering experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake preferred)
– Experience in creating data models for the integration of multiple systems and maintaining stored procedures
– Experience with database performance monitoring and tuning
– Knowledge of Amazon Web Service (AWS) or other cloud computing platforms
– Knowledge of C#, Python or other programming languages
