– Manage and distribute program perks including company credits, badges, Exam vouchers, swag codes, meetup platform access, and event discounts. Maintain accurate documentation of all perk allocations.
– Process and respond to community program inquiries, review new applications, and maintain community directories for User Group Leaders and Community Days.
– Compile program metrics and analytics for Monthly Business Reviews, including tracking User Group membership statistics and program engagement data.
– Support daily program operations through documentation management, general administrative tasks, and maintenance of current information on program benefits and events.
– Support the planning and execution of the company and community-led events
• Experiencie working with multinational companies/teams abroad
• Project management skills, developer coomunity experience
– Strong organizational and time management skills working as PM/Project Coordinator for at least 1-2 years
– Detail-oriented with excellent written communication
– Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Cultural awareness to work with global community members
– Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software like Asana, Jira, etc.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
– Experience working with technical communities and understanding developer needs
– Experience working with remote, international teams
– Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook for functions like mail-merging, vlookups, and PivotTables
– Ability to speak other languages
