Our client is looking for an enthusiastic IT Service Specialist to join their IT Operations team.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about IT operations, data analysis, and service excellence.
The selected candidate will work closely with product teams and country organizations, developing role-based dashboards and monitoring key IT operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement, among others.
Tasks
– Providing, monitoring, and analyzing operational IT related KPIs from the teams developing and deploying company business applications
– Creating role-based dashboards and regular reports
– Developing operational dashboards focusing on the most important IT Operational KPIs
– Helping the product teams get new insights from data, analyze and visualize their performance to enable smarter decisions and better product and service support and delivery
– Being responsible for managing all projects in cooperation with other units, that interface with IT service management
– Acting as Manager on Duty in case of Major incidents. This implies being on-call 1 week out of 7 approx
Requirements
– Project management experience: ability to drive complex projects cross-country and cross-functional
– +3 years Experience in IT Operations and IT Service Management
– Knowledgeable in ITIL
– Knowledgeable in Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development
– Previous experience using BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
– Strong analytical and communication skills, data-oriented personality
