Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud infrastructure,
automation, and container orchestration. The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing incidents,
vulnerabilities, problems, and changes under the ITIL4 framework, ensuring optimal service delivery and response
times.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage incident, vulnerability, problem, and change processes using ITIL4 best practices.
• Provide specialized support for cloud infrastructure environments, with a focus on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Administer and optimize containerized services using Kubernetes and EKS.
• Automate operational tasks using Terraform (mandatory), with some use of Ansible and Packer.
• Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems with Prometheus (Alertmanager), Grafana,
CloudWatch, and ELK stack.
• Support and optimize relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and AWS RDS.
• Optimize caching layers using Redis (ElastiCache).
• Interpret and apply security/compliance requirements via tools like AWS Security Hub and AWS Config.
• Maintain technical and process documentation using Confluence.
• Manage projects and incidents with Jira and Jira Operations.
• Administer AWS infrastructure components, including EC2, IAM, S3, RDS, Route53, Lambda, CloudWatch.
• Configure and manage network components such as VPC, NAT, NACL, Security Groups, ALB/NLB.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, and visibility issues across cloud environments.
• Perform advanced system administration in Linux and hybrid operating environments.
• Perform real-time debugging using tools such as ps, top, renice, strace, perf, and analyze network traffic using
tcpdump, ngrep, netstat.
• Maintain deep understanding and mastery of the TCP stack and systemd management.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (once per month) to ensure system uptime and availability.

• Education: Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Languages: English (B2 proficiency)
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps/System Administration
