We are looking for a IAM Specialist – Level 1
What are the requirements?
Experience managing Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of identity management and extension attributes. Basic experience with PowerShell for task automation. Ability to identify and resolve user access and permission issues. Understanding of licensing policies and security in Azure.
Which are the functions?
– Identity Management, update and maintain user attributes in Azure AD.
– Duplicate Verification, verify and correct duplicate users.
– Access Control, activate/deactivate users and manage licenses.
– Auditing, review duplicate users and validate IPNs.
– Level 1 Support, respond to access requests and resolve basic issues.
– Documentation, maintain records and update user manuals.
