This includes support for PCs, printers, fax machines, copiers/scanners, data network equipment, servers, mobile devices and other infrastructure systems, as well as software installs, moves, changes and uninstalls. Analyse and resolve computer and network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training where required.
