• Collaborate with supply chain teams to identify areas for improvement and implement technology-driven solutions.
• Manage IT service providers alongside key operation users.
• Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting supply chain operations.
• Support and enhance SAP ECC, EWM, and IBP processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of specific supply chain applications such as IBP, Vendor Portal, and Research Center.
• Oversee data collection and analysis for informed decision-making, optimizing demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency.
• Act as a liaison between IT and supply chain teams, translating business needs into technological requirements.
• SAP IBP
• SAP WM
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, with solid expertise in supply chain processes such as demand and supply planning, traceability, and operations control.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: LO, LE, IBP, EWM, PI.
• Experience in SQL and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
