• Solid experience in marketing automation, ideally with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup and customization.
• Skilled in gathering business needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications.
• Familiar with testing processes, issue tracking, and validating platform performance.
• Capable of creating user stories, technical documentation, and training materials.
• Comfortable leading workshops and training sessions for non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with project tools and agile methodologies is a plus.
