Your new company:Important IVD company is looking for an FSE to carry out maintenance work in clinics and hospitals in Spain.
Your new position:
– Ensuring instruments are installed and serviced effectively and efficiently in supported clinics. Support and maintain clinical equipment.
– Resolving any service-related issues, in compliance with commercial, quality, and regulatory obligations.
– Establishing and supporting a Service relationship with customers, working closely with our service partners.
– Assist with training and preparations related to training
Requirements:
– Degree in an Engineering discipline.
– More than 3 years experience in an applicable technical field service role in biomedical / healthcare industry.
– Experience in producing product technical documentation.
– High level of English (mandatory).
– Willingness to travel nationally 3 days per week.
