What you will do:
– Lead Agile adoption, driving cultural shifts toward collaboration and continuous improvement.
– Provide coaching and mentoring to Agile teams, Product Owners, and leaders.
– Facilitate Agile practices, structures, and ceremonies, ensuring effective outcomes.
– Design and deliver Agile training sessions tailored to organizational needs.
– Support scaling Agile practices across departments, creating best-practice frameworks.
– Define and track KPIs aligned with Axpo´s digitalization strategy to measure success.
– Foster continuous learning and establish Communities of Practice to drive adoption.
What you bring and who you are:
– Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, or similar role.
– Expertise in Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and tools like Atlassian Jira.
– Skilled in designing and delivering training, with certifications (e.g., SPC, PST) a plus.
– Knowledge of DevOps practices and metrics to support Agile workflows.
– Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
– Fluent in English and Spanish; German is an advantage.
