Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Engineer with a strong background in SIEM (Security Information
and Event Management) to support a critical project focused on securing cloud environments and
improving event monitoring capabilities. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in Splunk, Shell
Scripting, and cloud service log integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain integration mechanisms of security components within the SIEM platform.
• Implement regex-based parsing of events from various security technologies.
• Integrate security data sources from cloud services like AWS CloudTrail, Azure Activity Log, and
Google Cloud Logging.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement effective cloud
security solutions.
• Support incident response and security analytics teams by ensuring high-quality log ingestion and
parsing.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SIEM engineering, especially with Splunk.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and regex for log parsing.
• Experience integrating cloud-based security logs from major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Audit Logs and log correlation techniques.
• B2+ level of English for professional communication.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Availability for on-call support and to complete client interviews and technical assessments.
