Job Description
What will you be doing?
– Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, PowerBI, and Qlik.
– Provide support in IT and cloud processes (Azure, AWS).
– Contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
– Participate in cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
– Work closely with international stakeholders in agile teams.
– Oversee IT processes and infrastructure, lead banking treasury process optimization, and mentor junior team members.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
– At least three years of experience with ITSM.
– At least three years of experience in support and technical analysis: Excel, PowerBI and other MS tools.
– Knowledge in Cloud environments, Azure, AWS.
– Experience in supervision of infrastructure and IT processes.
– Teamwork with agile methodologies.
– Good Communication skills with different stakeholders.
– English B2-C1 and nice to have Spanish level C1-B2.
– AI no-code knowledge is an asset.
