Your role:
What responsibilities will you have?
DataandAI consultant will combine delivery team leadership and delivery execution, combining with active participation in commercial proposals.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor´s / Masters or MBA´s degree
• Proficient in English (written and oral)
• Minimum of 3 years working in DataandAI or related business transformation
• Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting
Soft Skills
• Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic Thinking, Proactivity, and Curiosity
Strategical skills:
• Ability to understand the new digital challenges, understand industrial and business context and develop strategic solutions regarding DataandAI, including Generative AI
• Working as data scientist transforming analytical outcomes into business insights
Technical Skills
• Advanced Data Analytics Techniques: Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and model development.
• AI Model Deployment and Integration (MLOps): Experience in deploying models into production environments and integrating them into existing business processes, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions.
• Data Ethics: In-depth understanding of ethical considerations in handling and analyzing sensitive information, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
