As a Data Product Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of data products that drive key business decisions and strategies. You will lead a team of data product owners to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions that align with the company´s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership:
– Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data product owners;
– Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment;
– Provide regular feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Product Management:
– Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products;
– Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data product needs and prioritize features;
– Ensure data products meet business objectives and user needs.
• Project Management:
– Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects;
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;
– Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
– Act as the primary point of contact for data product-related inquiries;
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives;
– Gather and incorporate feedback to enhance data products.
• Performance Monitoring:
– Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for data products;
– Monitor and report on the performance of data products;
– Implement improvements based on performance data.
Requirements:
– 5+ years of experience in data product management, BI, or data analytics;
– 3+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role;
– Strong leadership and team management skills;
– Excellent project management and organizational skills;
– Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL and PowerBI;
– Strong understanding of data governance and data security best practices;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
– Strong Team Player;
– Very good written and spoken English.
