Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IAM Analyst to support the administration, discovery, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role will involve hands-on work with IAM software, user and authorization management, and the integration of new applications into our authorization ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Perform administration, support, and configuration of IAM software solutions
– Analyze application requirements and coordinate their integration into the authorization system.
– Develop and execute testing using Postman for API validations.
– Manage user identities, roles, and synchronization processes with SCIM.
– Troubleshoot and support OAuth 2.0 authorization flows.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to collect technical information for IAM integrations.
– Maintain and update documentation in Jira and Confluence, following agile practices.
– Review and supervise data integrity and process adherence in IAM systems.
– Provide support for authorization-related incidents and requests.
– Write and execute SQL queries for user data analysis or process validation.
– Participate actively in team ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Qualifications
Requirements
– Bachelor´s Degree, Certificate of Higher Education, or relevant Vocational Education and Training.
– Knowledge of IAM concepts and experience in IAM software administration or support.
– Experience working with authorization solutions and OAuth 2.0 frameworks.
– Familiarity with APIs (REST, OpenAPI) and tools like Postman.
– Understanding of JSON data formats.
– Knowledge of identity management protocols, especially SCIM.
– Skills to analyze and interpret technical data for IAM integrations.
– Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
– Experience in user management and application configuration.
– Experience working with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– English proficiency at B2-C1 level; Spanish fluency is a plus.
