Junior SOC Cybersecurity – Splunk
As a member of our team in EY GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you´ll have a chance to extend your knowledge and experience by working on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches.
The opportunity
You would become a part of Cybersecurity team. You would work in SIEM and SOC and Cyber Threat Detection / Response / Hunting / Intelligence related projects and could gain experience in the other TDR areas: Incident Response, Endpoint Security, Network Security.
Your key responsibilities
As a member of the SOC team you will take part in various projects, depending on your skillset and willingness, often related to:
– Vulnerability management
– Incident Response
– Threat Detection / Response Intelligence
– Security Operations Center (SOC)
– SIEM
– Network Security
To qualify for the role, you must have
– Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
– Fast learner approach and willingess to learn.
– Communication in Spanish
– Autonomy, proactivity and critical capacity
– Strong written skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
Ideally, you´ll also have
– Splunk experience highly recommended.
– Advanced knowledge about cryptography
– Advanced network knowledge. Certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
– Practical programmers skills. Especially with script language like Python.
