Job Title: Cross-Infrastructure Manager
Location: Madrid (100% Remote Possible)
Minimum Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Job Description:
We are looking for a Cross-Infrastructure Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise
infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of relevant experience, a proactive
mindset, and the ability to handle diverse infrastructure components and incident management.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the opening and monitoring of releases, incidents, and service requests.
• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 incident management and resolution.
• Oversee and coordinate general infrastructure operations including:
o Communications systems
o Cybersecurity requirement management
o Machine provisioning and configuration
o User administration
o Shared resource management
Desired Technical Skills:
• Networking: Proxy, Firewall, and Certificate management
• Databases: Experience with DML (Data Manipulation Language)
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and infrastructure architecture
• Experience in cross-functional coordination across various IT domains
Additional Information:
• Availability for on-call support based on deployment schedules
• Technical assessments may be required during the selection process
• A client interview may be part of the process (to be confirmed)
Education:
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
