Job Title: Business Consultant – Workforce Software (Time and Attendance)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Software Consultant specializing in Time and Attendance
solutions for an industry-sector client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
implementations in Brazil and be proficient in configuring Workforce Software to meet client-specific
needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead or support Workforce Software Time and Attendance implementation projects.
• Configure and tailor the Workforce Software solution based on client business processes and local
compliance requirements in Brazil.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and ensure proper
functionality.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in status meetings, ensuring alignment with
project timelines and goals.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance implementations.
• Specific experience with deployments in Brazil is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Time Management processes and legal regulations in Brazil.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred:
• Background in SAP HR or HCM is a plus.
• Experience in the industrial sector.
• Technical engineering studies or equivalent professional experience.
