SAP TECHNICAL ARCHITECT
A SAP Hybrid Integration Architect or Consultant should have:
With more than 7 years of experience in SAP
Main area of expertise: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite
Minimum years of experience in main area of expertise: 4 years
Solid experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP Integration Suite.
Solid knowledge of the capabilities of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP API Management.
Expertise in integration protocols such as IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData, SOAP, REST, and data standards like XML, JSON, and EDIFACT.
Ability to design solutions that combine the best of both worlds (on-premise and cloud).
Establish data governance and integration policies, such as API standardization, nomenclatures, and security rules.
At the security level, knowledge of access controls, data encryption, and secure authentication using SSO, OAuth, and JWT. Additionally, ability to ensure that solutions comply with privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR.
Additional valued knowledge:
Management of APIs outside SAP.
Experience with GCP tools such as Pub/Sub (event-driven messaging), Cloud Functions, Dataflow (real-time data processing), and Apigee (API management) and Design of API-based solutions using SAP API Management and Apigee to ensure interoperability.
Valuable if knowledgeable in ABAP programming.
