Job Title: Senior Data Oversight Analyst – TORRE UK
Location: Remote – Candidates must be located in Spain, Poland, the UK, or Portugal

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Oversight Analyst to join the Risk and Finance Data Controls team. This role
supports the ongoing development and maturity of a strong data controls framework, ensuring that key
regulatory and business data is accurate, timely, and reliable.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in improving data quality monitoring and implementing
effective data controls, while working in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Enhance and operate data quality monitoring processes and controls.
• Manage and remediate controls related to:
o Data Accuracy
o Data Timeliness
o Data Quality
o Data Integrity
• Design and implement effective data controls aligned with business needs.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of implemented controls.
• Ensure controls documentation is consistently reviewed and maintained.
• Provide internal stakeholders with confidence in the data used for regulatory reporting and business
decision-making.
Mandatory Skills
• Intermediate-level knowledge of structured data, relational databases, repository tools, and
metadata management.
• Proficient in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of data risk and ability to design and implement appropriate mitigating controls.
• Experience creating process documentation that complies with regulatory requirements (e.g., SoX).
• Ability to identify data quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and evaluate business impact.
• Capable of producing executive-level reports on control outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to non-technical
audiences.
• Comfortable participating in cross-functional stakeholder meetings and data reviews.
Nice to Have
• Knowledge of data quality tools and techniques suitable for various business processes and data
flows.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and internal data management policies.

Experience and Education
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a data oversight, data quality, or similar role.
• University degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
