Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Platform and UiPath with a preference for those with domain experience in Cards and Payments. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel required. Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
Responsibilities
– Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform to meet business requirements.
– Automate processes using UiPath to enhance operational efficiency.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
– Design and deploy scalable and secure applications on the Power Platform.
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform and UiPath solutions.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all development activities.
– Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
– Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and processes.
– Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives.
– Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed solutions.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and UiPath technologies.
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
– Possess a strong understanding of Power Platform and its components.
– Demonstrate proficiency in UiPath for process automation.
– Have experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
– Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Show ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
– Display strong communication skills in Spanish.
– Have a collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.
– Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
– Demonstrate attention to detail and a focus on quality.
– Have experience with agile development methodologies.
– Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
– Show ability to create clear and concise documentation.
